"Families are like branches of a tree. We grow differently, but our roots remain the same."
This day provides an opportunity to promote awareness of issues relating to families and to increase the knowledge of the social, economic, and demographic processes affecting families. The World is one Family – Vasudeva Kutumbkam - going with this concept our Presidian family also celebrated International Day of Families. The students shared how they spent quality time with their parents and some with their grandparents, playing together, singing together, or preparing a meal together. In sync with the theme of the year 2021 -Day of Families – Families and New Technologies- they used the latest technology to communicate with their friends and extended families, use technology for work and education. The students also made a family tree/ bouquet and talked about their family members.
