Ambedkar Jayanti was observed in Presidium with great fervour. Scholars of Grade IV & V have commenced the assembly with a brief discussion on the distinguished son of India. Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, popularly called Babasaheb Ambedkar, was one of the architects of the Indian constitution. Ambedkar's efforts to eradicate social evils like untouchability and caste restrictions were remarkable. In their speeches, the students cited Dr. Ambedkar's birth and his contribution in the framing of our constitution and also its application which is our future accountability. During the assembly, several pupils came forward to share interesting facts from the life of Dr. Ambedkar, highlighted his extensive contributions, and showed an informative PowerPoint Presentation. They have created posters with slogans writing to pay tribute to the father of our constitution. The assembly culminated with an inspiring message that was bold and clear: "One need not be born into great and influential families but with a goal, hard work and responsibilities one can become great.
